Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing software architecture, solution design, project management, resource management, development, deployment, testing, and database architecture and design. You will have full ownership of product deliveries, mentor junior team members, and prepare curriculum for training junior developers in Java Web Development. Your role will also involve strong client interactions to ensure excellent Quality of Service, code base ownership, and maintaining high-quality code standards. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management and Resource management: - Resource management including leaves, attendance, queries, and grievances - Project Management involving capacity/resources requirement, scheduling, planning, client negotiation, tracking, allocation of work, risk and dependencies management, issues management, requirement management, client interaction, governance, client relations, feedback for project and resources, delivery and deployment management, and team building - Technical Project Manager Responsibilities: - Technical Delivery and Deployment management - Requirement analysis, breakdown, estimation - Technical Risk and issues management - Team support - Software Architect/Solution Designer Responsibilities: - Software architecture and solution design - DB architecture and design - Application and DB performance monitoring, suggesting necessary changes - Expertise in SQL/MySQL - Team Lead Responsibilities: - Team monitoring, work allocation, tracking, and follow-up - Addressing and resolving technical and non-technical queries - Support and motivation of the team - Coding, review, testing, documentation, delivery, and deployment - Issues resolution and support Qualification Required: - B.E., B.Tech. from reputed institutes with a good academic record Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with domain expertise in BFSI and FinTech. It is essential to have strong knowledge and experience in Agile-based software development methodologies, as well as experience in working with integrations of 3rd party APIs and creating new APIs. Proficiency in technologies/frameworks such as Core Java, J2EE, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JDBC, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, SOAP WebServices, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, Junit, Mockito frameworks, Maven, Git, Data Structures, SQL, MySQL, AWS, Cloud, and Microservices is required. Additionally, familiarity with creating flow diagrams, UMLs, and necessary documentations is necessary. Good communication skills, availability for extended hours, and proactive, responsible, and accountable attitude are also important for this role.
