Associate Software Architect _Agentic AI

Job Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end architecture of agentic AI systems, from design decisions to production rollout and stabilization. Define multi-agent system patterns for planning, execution, tool orchestration, memory management, and evaluation. Establish architectural standards for reasoning workflows, prompt orchestration, and structured output enforcement. Design and scale RAG architectures, including strategies for retrieval, grounding mechanisms, and data flow patterns. Evaluate and select LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools based on performance, cost, and use-case fit. Ensure production readiness through observability, performance tuning, and cost control strategies. Collaborate with senior engineering leaders and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical direction. Set best practices and guardrails for agentic AI development across teams. Job Requirement: B.Tech, MCA, MSC(IT), or M.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field. 9 to 12 years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI platform development. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with design patterns and microservices architectures. Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and AutoGPT or similar. Expertise in embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems. Proven track record of designing scalable and maintainable systems.
