Architect

Role Overview: You will be an Architect with more than 6 years of experience in Manufacturing and Infrastructure projects, with relevant experience in Data center projects, ideally having completed at least 1 data center project. Exposure to design office practices and familiarity with computer-aided design and 3D modeling tools like Revit will be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform/supervise calculations, prepare material requisitions, service requisitions, code analysis, standard details, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs. - Check/review drawings prepared by designers. - Assist in the development of basic layout drawings. - Lead conceptual studies and inter-disciplinary reviews. - Create perspectives and presentations of designs to clients. - Provide technical training. - Conduct feasibility studies for site development, building configuration, and climate studies. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5-year degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university. - Master's degree is desirable. - Professional license from a recognized licensing board and/or LEED certification is advantageous. - Experience in making Architectural presentations is a plus. - 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
