Role Overview: You will translate client needs into technical specifications and lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel-based reporting. Your role will involve applying data visualization best practices and advanced analytical techniques to build insightful, interactive, and actionable dashboards that support decision-making. You will utilize agile and other delivery approaches while embedding QA reviews, mid-development validations, and unit testing to ensure the reliability of BI solutions. Collaboration with project leads and clients to refine reporting needs, provide updates, and present results through compelling data stories and visualizations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage and support BI/reporting developers, mentor junior associates on visualization techniques, and ensure smooth task execution across teams. Delivering clear, visually driven presentations and dashboards tailored to stakeholders will also be part of your role. It is important to stay updated on new Power BI/Tableau features, adopt emerging visualization trends, and continuously optimize dashboards for better usability and impact.
