About the role
Role & responsibilities As Senior Vice President Technology, you will Technology Strategy & Vision • Define and execute the long-term technology strategy aligned with company objectives. • Drive innovation across platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, AI, data, and developer productivity. • Build technology capabilities that support rapid business growth and enterprise customers. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption. Engineering Leadership • Lead multiple engineering organizations across Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, and Architecture. • Build and mentor high-performing engineering leaders. • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and engineering excellence. • Develop leadership succession and organizational scalability. Platform & Architecture • Own the architectural vision ,Credit Orchestration Platform. • Drive evolution toward highly scalable, resilient, event-driven microservices. • Ensure systems are built for performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. • Establish engineering standards, architecture governance, and technical design reviews. Product Delivery • Partner closely with Product, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to translate business strategy into technical execution. • Drive predictable, high-quality software delivery across multiple product lines. • Improve engineering velocity through automation, platform tooling, and streamlined development practices. • Balance innovation with operational stability. Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps • Define cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and cloud-native services. • Champion Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, observability, and automation. • Improve deployment frequency while maintaining reliability. • Drive operational excellence through SRE practices and reliability engineering. AI & Data Strategy • Drive adoption of AI across engineering workflows and customer-facing products. • Partner with Product and Data teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the platform. • Build internal AI engineering capabilities and developer productivity initiatives. • Leverage automation and intelligent systems to improve engineering efficiency. Security & Compliance • Partner with Information Security teams to maintain enterprise-grade security. • Ensure compliance with SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements. • Drive secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC). • Embed security-by-design across engineering teams. Engineering Excellence • Establish engineering KPIs and operational metrics. • Improve code quality, testing automation, release management, and technical governance. • Drive reduction of technical debt through continuous modernization initiatives. • Champion best practices around architecture, documentation, code reviews, and observability. Stakeholder Management • Serve as the technology leader for executive leadership, customers, partners, and investors. • Present engineering roadmaps, delivery updates, technology investments, and platform strategy to senior leadership. • Collaborate across global teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and technology execution.
