What We Are Looking For We're seeking a creative thinker and design enthusiast who: Has a passion for UX and visual design Understands interaction design and user-centered principles Can manage the big picture while focusing on design details Is capable of working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment Key Responsibilities Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Create polished interaction designs, visuals, and high-fidelity prototypes Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality user experiences Translate complex business requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions Build interactive prototypes using HTML/CSS/jQuery Contribute to and maintain a single code base for consistent UI across platforms (desktop, mobile, native app) Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback Desired Skills and Experience 25 years of experience in designing complex web and mobile applications Strong visual design and communication skills Proficiency with tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Pixate, Framer Experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery is a plus Ability to simplify complex information for usability Prior experience in a startup environment is a bonus Passionate about usability, user research, and user-centered design principles .
