About the role
As an ERP Developer, your role involves developing and customizing ERP modules based on business requirements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining features for Production, Inventory, and Procurement while ensuring to write clean, scalable, and efficient code for ERP applications. Additionally, you will design and manage databases and data structures, integrate ERP with third-party applications and APIs, and debug, test, and optimize ERP performance. Collaboration with business and factory teams to understand workflows and automate processes is essential, along with creating reports, dashboards, and MIS as per management requirements. Moreover, you will handle ERP deployment, upgrades, and maintenance, and document system architecture, features, and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ERP modules based on business requirements. - Build and maintain features for Production, Inventory, and Procurement. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for ERP applications. - Design and manage databases and data structures. - Integrate ERP with third-party applications and APIs. - Debug, test, and optimize ERP performance. - Work closely with business and factory teams to understand workflows and automate processes. - Create reports, dashboards, and MIS as per management requirements. - Handle ERP deployment, upgrades, and maintenance. - Document system architecture, features, and technical specifications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in ERP development or software application development. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies. - Experience with frameworks such as Odoo, ERPNext, Django, Laravel, or equivalent ERP platforms is preferred. - Good knowledge of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases. - Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
