Delivery & quality: CI/CD, testing strategy, observability, incident & problem management. Security & compliance, risk & vendor management. Budget and partner management (cloud costs, external vendors). Close partnership with Product, Sales, and the executive team (OKRs, prioritization). Must haves 5 years as CTO in a similar or bigger company size; 10+ years total in tech leadership. Proven team/platform scaling (e.g., >99.9% availability, faster time-to-market). Deep cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), IaC (Terraform). Security & compliance experience (audit readiness, policies, access management). Robust org building, change management, and stakeholder communication (DE/EN).
