About the role
What will keep you engaged: Leveraging extensively your 8+ years of hands-on experience of designing and developing enterprise ready web and mobile applications. Channeling your strong customer-focused mindset to build product features by owning them from ideation to deployment in a client production environment Leading design discussions on application architecture, UI components, back-end and third-party integration Leading and mentoring a globally distributed engineering team to commit to the highest standards of excellence Exploring and creating ML and NLP algorithms Learning new tech with agility to build prototypes Influencing product design and features Practicing your time management and prioritization skills in a highly dynamic environment Qualifications What expertise you will need: Experience in leading engineering teams Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Significant experience in working with Angular Fluency in any one of these languages - Python, Ruby, NodeJS or Go (we use Python) Expertise in working with DynamoDB or other NoSQL Databases Expertise working on AWS platform for development Knowledge of NLP based conversational-AI solutions implementation Working experience in data & analytics field, including new and emerging technologies in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, AI, and big data High degree of comfort with Agile development methodology and more importantly the ability to thrive in in an agile environment Ability to run technical checks and audits to comply with external performance, privacy, security, and related needs and resolve any issues that are identified Prior app development experience on Slack or Microsoft Teams will be a huge plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams
