Junior Software Developer - Machine Vision (Chennai)

Role Overview We design and manufacture high-speed optical sorting, inspection, automatic counting, and packaging machines. We are looking for a Junior Machine Vision Engineer to develop industrial vision applications using classical image processing and AI. Responsibilities - Develop vision applications using C++/Python and OpenCV - Assist in defect detection and object detection using YOLO/CNNs - Work with industrial cameras, lenses, and lighting - Optimize and debug vision algorithms - Integrate vision systems with PLCs and support machine commissioning Required Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience or relevant projects - Strong C++ (preferred) or Python programming - Good knowledge of OpenCV and image processing fundamentals - Basic understanding of PyTorch/TensorFlow and YOLO - Solid analytical and debugging skills - Willingness to travel for commissioning Why Join Us Work on real industrial automation machines, gain hands-on experience with machine vision, optics, and AI, and build solutions deployed in manufacturing environments.
