Yield / Process Integration Engineer Semiconductor Manufacturing Location: Bengaluru, India Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 5 -12 Years Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing / Foundry Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Yield / Process Integration Engineer to support technology development, yield enhancement, and manufacturing process optimization in an advanced semiconductor foundry environment. The role involves analyzing process interactions, improving wafer yield, resolving manufacturing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to achieve stable, high-volume production. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process integration, yield analysis, statistical process control, and advanced node technologies. Key Responsibilities Drive yield improvement initiatives across semiconductor wafer fabrication processes. Analyze electrical, parametric, inline, and defect data to identify yield loss mechanisms. Investigate process excursions and develop effective corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with Process, Device, Product, Equipment, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Perform process integration studies throughout the technology development lifecycle. Monitor process health using SPC methodologies and statistical data analysis. Support new technology qualification, process optimization, and production ramp. Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for yield-related issues. Develop data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Review process capability metrics and recommend continuous improvement actions. Generate engineering reports, technical documentation, and yield performance dashboards. Participate in customer issue resolution and technology transfer activities where required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 5 12 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, foundry, or IDM environments. Strong understanding of semiconductor process flow and manufacturing operations. Experience working in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.
