Job Description: Role Overview: As the Head of Information Technology at Best Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure to align with organizational objectives. Your role will involve overseeing IT systems, SAP, networking, IT infra, Industry 4.0 implementation, cybersecurity, and effectively managing IT teams. You will also be required to evaluate emerging technologies for innovation and scalability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram and requires experience in the MANUFACTURING domain. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee IT systems, SAP, networking, IT infra, and Industry 4.0 implementation - Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place - Manage IT teams effectively - Evaluate emerging technologies for innovation and scalability - Plan and manage Information Technology systems, including design, implementation, and operational management - Integrate IIoT / MES / SCADA ecosystems - Manage IT operations and infrastructure for optimal system performance and reliability - Implement industry best practices for IT Infrastructure, cyber security, and data protection - Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 20 years of experience in IT roles - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles If you believe you have the expertise to lead the next phase of secure and scalable manufacturing technology transformation, please share your credentials.
