Senior Associate, Quality Assurance

As a Lead Associate, Quality Assurance and Engineering at BetaNXT, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality and automation scaling across customer-facing financial platforms. Your responsibilities go beyond test execution as you will influence test strategy, automation standards, and quality gates, ensuring the end-to-end quality of your team's deliverables. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and fellow Quality Engineers to guarantee reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own the overall quality of your team's deliverables through functional, integration, and regression testing. - Review product requirements and design effective test plans, scenarios, and test cases with clear traceability. - Define testing scope, inputs/outputs, and quality expectations in collaboration with stakeholders. - Prioritize high-value test coverage based on risk-based thinking to ensure release confidence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of experience testing complex web-based applications. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, negative, integration, and system testing. - Strong SQL expertise with advanced joins, window functions, and aggregations. - Hands-on experience testing Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses. - Experience with ETL/ELT concepts, data pipelines, and testing APIs using industry-standard tools. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for data processing and validating large datasets. In this role, you will be embedded within a team supporting data-centric platforms and services built on Snowflake, focusing on large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and downstream integrations. You will also help expand and stabilize automated testing capabilities within a global Quality Engineering organization, working alongside teams in Bangalore, India.
