About the role
As a passionate and detail-oriented QA professional with a strong Product Management mindset, you will be joining a product-based company. Your role will involve handling end-to-end QA delivery management, sprint planning, automation testing, and product ownership while leading QA initiatives across the software development lifecycle. A balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and product thinking will be crucial to ensure high-quality product releases and seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end QA delivery management for product releases. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog discussions, estimations, and release planning. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams. - Own product quality across the complete SDLC, STLC, and PDLC lifecycle. - Prepare test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities. - Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Playwright. - Perform API testing using Postman. - Manage CI/CD testing workflows using Jenkins. - Track, report, and coordinate defect resolution. - Lead QA activities and mentor team members. - Ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries. - Continuously improve testing processes and QA standards. - Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter will be an added advantage. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Strong experience in Selenium or Playwright. - Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing. - Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows. - Strong leadership and team handling skills. - Product ownership and sprint planning experience. - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
