About the role
As a UiPath Automation Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Designing, developing, and executing automated test cases for UiPath RPA workflows. - Collaborating with RPA developers and business analysts to understand automation requirements and test objectives. - Performing regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing of UiPath processes. - Identifying and documenting defects and tracking them through to resolution. - Creating test plans, test scenarios, and test data in alignment with project requirements. - Conducting performance and scalability testing of RPA bots. - Ensuring compliance with QA standards and best practices. - Implementing CI/CD test pipelines for automated testing in UiPath Orchestrator and Test Suite. - Providing detailed test status reports and metrics to project stakeholders. - Contributing to test automation framework development and maintenance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years in UiPath automation testing. - Proficiency with UiPath Test Suite and experience with Test Manager, Studio Pro, and Orchestrator. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Selenium (for hybrid testing), and Postman (API testing). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
