Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting ad-hoc analysis based on the Business Operations team demand

• Proactively analyzing player behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and to enhance player experience

• Providing clear recommendations to the business based on structured insight and an understanding of how those recommendations impacts players

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business problems to drive the best impact

• Helping to monitor business critical KPIs to track the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement

• Create new ways measure value, constantly enhancing the way we use data to drive our strategy

• Work with the wider BI and data teams to ensure we have all relevant data and dashboards available to constantly improve the level of Insight provided

• Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and applying them to improve our analytics capabilities

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders

Requirements

• • Previous iGaming/online casino experience is an advantage

• • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis

• • Proficient with Excel

• • Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage

• • Experience working with large datasets and performing exhaustive data analysis

• • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate
