AM/DM - Civil Structural Engineer

Functional skills: Knowledge of Civil & Structural engineering design. (Mainly Material Handling/Cement Plant background) Good knowledge of Material Handling (Pipe conveyors, Belt conveyors, OLBC's etc) and Cement Plant. Knowledge of manual calculation like connection design, Plate design etc. Knowledge of Indian/International standard codes for steel designing. Knowledge of Drawings related to Mechanical, Civil & Structural steel including Shop drawings. Soft skills: Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Should be able to work in Team, Good listener, Collaborating, Positive attitude, multitasking, focused on work Coordination with Customer, vendor, consultant and internal stakeholders for engineering activities. Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups Preferred candidate profile Proficient in design software - AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla (knowledge) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
