As a Civil Site Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience, your role will involve overseeing construction projects in Delhi, India. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of site operations, adhering to timelines and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with various teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues that arise. - Project Quantity Surveying: Handle QS & Estimation, Billing, Planning, Tendering, Contracts, Cost Control Budgeting. - Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback as necessary. - Team Leadership: Supervise and guide onsite workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. Promote a positive work environment and ensure effective communication among all team members. - Resource Management: Organize and manage resources, including materials and equipment, to efficiently support construction activities. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Safety Compliance: Uphold safety regulations and standards on site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring that all staff adhere to safe work practices. Qualification Required: - Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and quality assurance. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
