1.Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and printers. 2.Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi networking systems. 3.Install and configure operating systems and software. 4.Manage server data backup and user access control. server handling knowledge5.Support email configuration and basic cybersecurity practices. 6.Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Router, Switch). 7.Hardware & software troubleshooting. 8.Windows OS installation and configuration.
