Role Description The Process Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sadar. This role oversees the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes for electronic and telecommunication products. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The manager collaborates closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure stable process control and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Additional activities involve leading problem-solving initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, managing technical documentation, and guiding a team of engineers and technicians in continuous process enhancement. Qualifications Candidates should possess Process Design and Process Engineering skills for developing and scaling manufacturing processes.Candidates should possess Business Process Improvement and Process Optimization skills to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.Candidates should possess Process Control skills to maintain stable operations, ensure compliance, and manage variation.Experience in electronics or telecommunication manufacturing environments, preferably in high-volume production settings.Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving abilities and familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work on-site in Sadar, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving production and business needs.
