Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising and handling shifts, implementing 5s and kaizen activities, improving cycletimes for production jobs, maintaining mould history cards and fixtures, working on mould and fixture maintenance, reviewing preventive maintenance plans, troubleshooting fixtures and moulds, planning new tool and fixture development, managing tool room documents, overseeing spare management, reducing inventory costs, calibrating measuring instruments, recording MTTR and MTBF for breakdown losses, accounting for tools and dies, and ensuring timely tool issuance.
