We're Hiring | 5G Network Optimization Expert – Lucknow | Join our dynamic team and take charge of 5G network optimization, new town rollouts, and customer complaint resolution . In this role, you'll lead the improvement of 5G KPIs, site performance monitoring, and end-to-end complaint analysis across both 4G & 5G networks. Key Responsibilities: Drive 5G/4G optimization, complaint resolution, and network quality enhancements Perform cluster drives, walk tests (IBS), and TEMS analysis Handle pre/post-launch LTE optimization, RRC/RAB analysis, UE trace review Coordinate with planning and NEET teams to resolve network issues Monitor RF parameters (RSRP, SINR, throughput) and implement solutions Ensure full adherence to network call resolution processes Location : Lucknow Experience : 5–10 Years Be a part of building the next-gen network experience.
