Job Title: Technical Lead DevOps & Cloud-Native Deployment Department: Software Development Experience Required: 8 to 13 Years Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Remote Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary: We are looking for a strong Technical Lead with programming, DevOps, and application deployment expertise. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Java, or .NET programming, along with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, EKS, CI/CD pipelines, REST API development, microservices, and cloud-native application deployment. The candidate must be comfortable working as an Individual Contributor and should be capable of taking complete ownership of design, development, deployment, automation, troubleshooting, and production support activities. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications. Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Architect cloud solutions and deployment strategies using AWS and EKS. Develop, enhance, and maintain REST APIs and microservices-based applications. Automate application deployments using CI/CD pipelines. Work on Kubernetes/OpenShift-based application deployment and troubleshooting. Implement deployment models aligned with scalability, security, and high availability requirements. Drive end-to-end solution ownership from design to production support. Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, QA, and production support teams for smooth releases. Perform root cause analysis and resolve deployment, infrastructure, and application issues. Ensure application architecture supports performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Take strong ownership and accountability as an Individual Contributor. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 8 years of strong programming experience in Python, Java, or .NET. Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps and application deployment experience. Strong hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of AWS and Amazon EKS. Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and deployment models. Strong expertise in REST API development. Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of application architecture, scalability, security, and high availability. Strong problem-solving, ownership, and accountability skills.
