Description : About the Role : We are looking for a highly experienced Power BI Developer to drive enterprise-level data reporting and visualization initiatives. This role involves building scalable BI solutions that translate complex business data into actionable insights for global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets. - Build end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, and Power BI Apps. - Develop complex data models using DAX and Power Query for accurate business calculations. - Apply dimensional modeling and data visualization best practices for performance and usability. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights. - Optimize Power BI reports, datasets, and refresh performance. - Manage enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support for BI solutions. - Ensure data governance, security, and consistency across reports and dashboards. Skills Required : - Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Apps. - Advanced hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. - Deep understanding of BI architecture, reporting standards, and visualization principles. - Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting environments. Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in BI, reporting, or data visualization roles. - 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience with Power BI tools.
