J2EE Application Support - Lead Programmer Analyst

Job Description: J2EE Application Support - Lead Programmer Analyst. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced J2EE Application Support as a Lead Programmer Analyst. Should have 5 years to 8 years of Production Support experience in Distributed tech stack such as Java, API(IKP/SHP), Python, Windows, Linux/Unix, Unix commands, SQL, Oracle. Strong experience with Java, ideally in a production environment. Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or any other relevant libraries. Hands-on experience with API technologies, especially in IKP (Integration Knowledge Platform) and SHP (Service Hub Platform). Experience with API versioning, testing, and performance monitoring. Expertise in SQL for querying databases, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of supporting large-scale distributed platforms, including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident management. Ability to configure and manage Grafana dashboards for monitoring distributed systems. Experience with Splunk for log aggregation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Familiarity with version control tools to manage codebase changes. Should have good oral and written communication. Should be a good team player. Should be proactive and adaptive.
