Power Platform & Azure Developer Lead Programmer Analyst (58 Years Experience) We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform & Azure Developer as a Lead Programmer Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure to streamline business processes and improve reliability, compliance, and user experience. The role partners with process owners to turn needs into productionready solutions, support existing workflows, and contribute to standards and reusable patterns across the automation portfolio. Key Requirements 58 years of experience as a Power Platform & Azure Developer, with at least 4 years in process automation, digitalisation, or enterprise IT roles. Demonstrated delivery of Power Automate solutions to production and reliable support. Handson integration experience with M365, APIs, SQL and strong troubleshooting skills. Deep knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate (cloud + desktop), Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse; strong debugging and connector skills. Experience with Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and approval patterns. Understanding of Azure and Entra ID fundamentals (identity, app registrations, API permissions). Working knowledge of AI & Copilot, ability to integrate Copilot Studio concepts with Power Automate flows and governance (DLP, environments, auditing). Proficient in Python for data processing/automation, solid SQL knowledge. Database experience with SQL Server and DataBricks. Experience with ALM/DevOps: solutions, environments, Git, pipelines, release discipline. RPA capabilities with Power Automate Desktop and AI Builder. Certifications: PL200 / PL400 (preferred). Roles & Responsibilities Develop and deploy Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions. Integrate Microsoft 365 services, APIs, and enterprise applications. Deliver Power BI reports and AIpowered automations using Copilot. Integrate SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint, and Dataverse data sources. Build secure REST API integrations and manage Power BI datasets and gateways. Use Python and Copilot Studio for advanced automation and AI integrations. Identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into solutions. Support UAT, continuous improvements, and governance through documentation and best practices. Provide L2/L3 support for Power Platform solutions and resolve production issues. Prepare user/admin documentation, conduct knowledge transfer, and support SharePoint workflows. Document Copilotenabled solutions, security, and user guidance.
