About the role
As an Architect with 05 years of experience at BIM Crest, you will be responsible for contributing to live projects by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in architecture, structure, and MEP services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in developing and detailing architectural designs using BIM platforms, with a preference for Revit. - Collaborating closely with structural and MEP teams for integrated project delivery. - Supporting design documentation at all project stages concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation. - Participating in design coordination meetings, actively tracking inter-disciplinary issues and resolutions. - Conducting clash detection and preparing coordination reports using tools like Navisworks. - Ensuring model accuracy, standards compliance, and information consistency across disciplines. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. - 05 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to BIM workflows. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD is a plus. - A good understanding of construction detailing and services coordination. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative team environment.
