As a Design Studio specialized in design consultancy services for architecture, interior design, structural engineering, design management, and project management, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Project Leadership: Take a leadership role in managing and overseeing the architectural aspects of assigned projects. Ensure successful project delivery within established schedules with timelines, budgets, material proposals, and quality standards. - Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine project design concepts. Contribute to the creation of innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet client requirements. - Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors during the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively to understand and address client needs, concerns, and expectations. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and effective teamwork. - Construction Documentation: Lead the development and review of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards. - Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements. Ensure that project designs comply with all applicable codes and standards. - Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews to ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Address any design-related issues that may arise during construction. - Project Management: Coordinate and manage project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and potential challenges. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - 7-8 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on commercial, residential, institutional projects. - Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools, etc.). - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects from concept to completion. - COA Registered is preferred. - Familiarity with green practices is a plus.
