About the role
As an experienced Developer & Team Lead in .NET Full Stack at Binary Semantics in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting scalable, high-performance, low-latency systems, and designing and implementing cloud-native solutions, preferably on AWS. Your role will involve driving Microservices-based architecture, ensuring DevOps best practices, creating High-Level Designs (HLDs), and contributing to technical roadmap decisions. You will also play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers - Architect scalable, high-performance, low-latency systems - Design and implement cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred) - Drive Microservices-based architecture - Ensure DevOps best practices (CI/CD, automation, deployments) - Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and contribute to technical roadmap decisions - Deliver enterprise-grade SaaS products in an Agile environment Qualifications Required: - 37 years of IT experience (including 12 years in a Team Lead role) - Strong expertise in AWS Cloud - Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core - Experience with Angular or ReactJS - Strong knowledge of Web APIs - Database expertise (MS SQL Server / Oracle / MongoDB) - Experience working on Enterprise SaaS or product-based applications - Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and DevOps practices - Solid foundation in OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns At Binary Semantics, you will have the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale global platforms, influence architecture and product scalability, lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, and gain exposure to modern cloud-native and API-driven ecosystems in a collaborative and innovation-driven work environment.
