As a member of the Vaccine R&D - AI/ML & Bioinformatics team, you will be responsible for accelerating innovation in infectious disease vaccines, prophylactic antibodies, mRNA therapeutics, gene editing, and CART/cell therapy. Your role will involve contributing to R&D, MSAT, and clinical development to shape the next generation of medicines. Key Responsibilities: - Bioinformatics Scientist: Conduct omics analysis, biomarker discovery, and computational biology workflows. - Biostatistician: Design and analyze statistics for preclinical, translational, and clinical studies. - ML Engineer (R&D): Develop generative AI and predictive modeling for vaccine, antibody, and mRNA design. - ML Engineer (Manufacturing Support): Utilize AI for manufacturing analytics, yield optimization, and process control. - ML Scientist: Apply AI for Clinical Trials & Competitive Intelligence using AI/NLP for trial optimization, patient recruitment, and competitor intelligence. - AI Strategy, Product & Program Management: Define and execute enterprise AI roadmap across R&D and manufacturing. Qualifications Required: - MS/PhD in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, AI/ML, Computational Biology, Engineering, or related fields. - 512+ years of experience in pharma/biotech R&D, manufacturing, or healthcare AI. - Technical proficiency in Python, R, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), omics analysis, generative AI, and workflow automation. - Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
