About the role
Job Description: You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer and laptop hardware issues, as well as installing operating systems, drivers, and software. Additionally, you will configure LAN, WiFi, routers, and switches, handle printer setup, toner replacement, and basic networking tasks. You will also provide onsite support for AMC. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair computer and laptop hardware issues - Install operating systems, drivers, and software - Configure LAN, WiFi, routers, and switches - Handle printer setup, toner replacement, and basic networking - Provide onsite support for AMC Qualifications Required: - Must have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and networking field work - Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop assembling, OS installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
