Founding AI Product Engineer

As a Project-Based / Internship (Convertible to Founding Engineer) at our company, your role is to contribute to building the future of deep-tech archival storage in India. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing the Sentinel Dashboard, which serves as the "Digital Control Room" for our managed LTO-9 physical vault. Your main objective is to bridge the gap between heavy hardware (Magnetic Tape) and a high-end, DPDPA-compliant web interface. Key Responsibilities: - Rapid Prototyping: Utilize Cursor and AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) to build and iterate on the Phase 1 dashboard. - System Architecture: Design the logic for our 15-Minute Emergency Retrieval system, integrating SSD caching with physical LTO tape indexing. - Compliance Engineering: Construct the Proof of Deletion module, ensuring that every transaction is logged for DPDPA 2023 audits. - Hardware Bridge: Develop Python/Node.js scripts to interface with LTO libraries via LTFS and mt-st commands. - UI/UX: Create a professional, high-security interface using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn/UI. Qualifications Required (The "Vibe" Profile): - AI Power-User: Proficiency in Cursor (Composer, @ context, .cursorrules) is essential. Ability to prompt AI to build complex logic without "hallucinations." - Full-Stack Proficiency: Experience with the T3 Stack or MERN Stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB). - Infrastructure Awareness: Understanding of how "Cold Storage" works and familiarity with latency, bit-rates, and air-gapping. - Security Mindset: Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure API development. - Product Ownership: Proactive approach towards understanding the business goal and translating it into code without waiting for tickets. Preferred (Bonus) Skills: - Understanding of DICOM medical data standards. - Familiarity with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023. - Experience with IoT telemetry for monitoring rack temperature/humidity in the data center.
