AEM Lead Developer

As an AEM Lead Developer at our company, your role will involve leading a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining our mobile applications. You will be the key person for all technical aspects of app development, from setting up the technical framework to resolving complex issues and ensuring high-quality solutions. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and commitment to quality are essential for the success of our app development projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of application software - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications - Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Web Content Management System (WCMS) - Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages - Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and project management - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Knowledge of mobile app development platforms like Android and iOS - Understanding of database management systems like SQL or Oracle - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks - Experience with version control systems like Git - Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles - Experience with testing tools and methodologies - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically Please note that the required experience for this role is 7-10 years.
