About the role
As the Artificial Intelligence Lead for HR Technology, you will be responsible for advancing the capabilities of the HR Technology Team through the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize human resource processes, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with business transformation program objectives. Here's what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, talent development, and workforce analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation in HR processes. - Lead the design, testing, and deployment of machine learning models to enhance HR decision-making and predictive analytics. - Ensure data integrity and security in AI applications, adhering to ethical guidelines and privacy regulations. - Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and HR technology, proposing strategic initiatives to drive innovation within the company. - Analyze and interpret complex HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to integrate external AI solutions with internal HR systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing AI solutions. - Ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to define requirements and understand business objectives. - Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on HR applications. - Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or Java. - Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. - Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods. - Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. You may also need to have: - Knowledge of Oracle HCM. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Excellent executive communication skills (verbal/written). - Proficiency at grasping and leveraging new technical concepts quickly. - Ability to work under minimum supervision.
