Head of Delivery Management

Role Overview: As a Senior Delivery leader at Birlasoft, you will be responsible for leading BFS (Banking, Financial Services) client projects with a focus on Banking, Payments, and Card services. You will manage a team of 1500+ professionals, drive Gen AI adoption, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline. Your role will involve strategic client management, fostering a collaborative team culture, and staying updated with industry trends to enhance project strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of developers, testers, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. - Utilize your technical expertise in Cards & Payments, Java, and Testing to guide technical teams and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the account & BFSI vertical, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices. - Work closely with Sales leadership throughout the deal lifecycle for Delivery led growth, collaborating with stakeholders to develop integrated solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 20+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on BFSI clients. - Extensive experience in Banking, Payments, and Card services. - Strong technical background in Java and Testing.
