Effective communication with team members, management, and stakeholders, as well as compliance with company policies and industry standards, will be essential in this role.To excel in this position, you should possess an Engineering Diploma/BE Degree/BTech along with certifications in ITIL V4 and Microsoft Azure Administrator/Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience in Azure AD and On-prem management, Intune policy creation and implementation, Windows Server Management, MDE and compliance management, Qualys tool in vulnerability management, VLAN and Network troubleshooting, Netskope cloud proxy solution, DLP, and various Audit management practices like ISO 27001 and PCIDSS.Furthermore, you must stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in IT support to provide continuous learning and development opportunities for your team.
