Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ivanti Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise service management and ITSM solutions using the Ivanti platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in configuring workflows, automations, integrations, and customizations to support business requirements while following industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the Ivanti platform.
Configure and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Develop and customize workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
Develop automation scripts and optimize existing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and documentation practices.
Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience with the Ivanti platform.
Strong knowledge of Ivanti ITSM/Neurons architecture and customization capabilities.
Experience with workflows, forms, business objects, automation, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
