About the role
Area(s) of responsibility A minimum of 15 years experience leading a project management office and or project delivery team across digital project management, resource management, operations and/or resource/traffic management or related roles.Minimum 10 years experience in program management of large scale transformations, multi-layered global organisationsExperience in ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics or for APAC countries preferredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across all levels of the entire organizationStrong analytical and digital presentation skills, and the ability to present with confidence in front of senior executives and broader teamsDemonstrated success working with complex business platform programs of work or similar in the Technology domain. Strong business and commercial acumen significant experience with estimating, business case creation & project financialsExcellent negotiation skills with executive level stakeholders to lead to shared outcomes. .
