Subcontractor-Service now-ITOM SME Area(s) of responsibility Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM SME (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, AI) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping , and AI-driven automation , ensuring improved service visibility, operational efficiency, and proactive incident management. Strong expertise in: CMDB design, CSDM model, and data governance Discovery (MID Server setup, patterns, probes, sensors) Event Management (alert correlation, RCA, integrations) Service Mapping (top-down & tag-based mapping) Hands-on experience with ITOM integrations and cloud discovery (AWS/Azure/GCP) Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) Experience with AI/ML features in ServiceNow (Predictive Intelligence, AIOps, .
