Area(s) of responsibility
15+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM or similar product Implementation
12+ years’ practical experience in D365 Finance and Operations, Project Operations and Customer Engagement
Experience with D365 Implementation for APAC countries
Certifications – D365 F&O Solution Architect or Functional Consultant Associate certification mandatory.
Experience supporting System Integration using Logic app, Boomi, Snaplogic or other middleware
Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics out-of-box and custom Copilot AI agents
Experience delivering using Agile methodologies Experience with Continuous Integration/DevOps methodology using Azure DevOps
