Tech Lead - Power Platform & AI

Area(s) of responsibility Tech Lead Power Platform & AI (DeBusk Engagement) Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse in a scalable, governed model Architect and implement AI Builder and Copilot Studio based solutions, including custom copilots and agentic workflows. Drive end-to-end automation initiatives, integrating workflows with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle fusion, APIs). Design and develop API integrations and connectors to enable seamless data exchange across systems. Define solution architecture, reusable components, and development standards aligned with enterprise governance (CoE). Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI-led business applications and automation solutions. Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across all solutions and environments. Provide strong client-facing communication, driving workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs. Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions. Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
