Hands on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support. Strong understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) concepts and architecture. . Hands-on experience or familiarity with: IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and Avaya PBX / Avaya Experience Platform environment. Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment. .
