About the role
As a Technical Specialist / Lead in Java & Python Development with ETQ Reliance skills at Birlasoft, your role involves leading technical initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of ETQ Reliance with enterprise applications. You will be responsible for: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of applications using Java and Python. - Configuring, customizing, and extending ETQ Reliance modules to meet business requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ETQ Reliance with enterprise systems. - Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers. - Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in ETQ Reliance and related applications. - Participating in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture discussions. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and system performance. Qualifications Required: - 6-7 years of experience in software development. - Strong proficiency in Java (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs) and Python (Flask/Django, scripting). - Hands-on experience with ETQ Reliance platform (configuration, workflows, integrations). - Solid understanding of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
