Technical Subject Matter Expert - Network and Voice Administration

Subcontractor-Telephony Build and Hyper care Area(s) of responsibility Role Purpose The Technical SME - Network & Voice Administration is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership for enterprise network and unified communication environments. The role focuses on architecture, governance, modernization, optimization, security, and operational excellence across network infrastructure, voice platforms, collaboration technologies, and cloud-based communication services. The individual acts as the highest level of technical authority, driving innovation, complex problem resolution, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise network and voice infrastructure technologies. Define technology roadmaps and architecture standards for network and unified communications environments. Lead design, deployment, and optimization of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and voice communication solutions. Architect and govern enterprise voice solutions, including Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco Collaboration, SIP, and VoIP platforms. Experience Level Executive Level .
