UiPath RPA Technical Lead

As a UI Path Technical Lead in the App Development area, your role will involve utilizing your 8-10 years of RPA relevant experience, with a focus on 3-5 years of experience in designing and architecting RPA solutions using UiPath. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and architecting the RPA solution using UiPath - Installing UiPath Components within customer environment - Translating customer requirements into functional specifications and detailed level designs - Ensuring scalability and extensibility of the RPA solution - Driving adoption of best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance - Upgrading the solution with evolving UiPath features and customer requirements - Leading in the design, specification, and selection of RPA solutions - Partnering with customers to identify customized solutions that meet their RPA strategy requirements on an enterprise level - Supporting the development team in creating solutions and quick fixes - Estimating costs and preparing business cases for IT solutions - Developing high-level project schedules and resource plans for implementation - Providing pre-sales support during RFI/RFP and PoC stages - Demonstrating excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to various audiences - Prioritizing and planning complex work in a rapidly changing environment - Delivering products/solutions that provide organizational benefit - Collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional senior technical role - Strong problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skills - Experience in programming languages such as VB, C#, .NET, C++, and databases like SQL - Knowledge of RPA infrastructure and Disaster Recovery Infra - Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) - Familiarity with other RPA tools is an advantage - Hands-on experience in UiPath as an RPA Solution Lead for 3-5 years Please note that qualifications in Enterprise Architecture and familiarity with other RPA tools are advantageous but not mandatory for this role. Your experience in finance processes, P2P, Q2C, R2R, and your ability to design RPA solutions aligned with organizational strategy will be crucial in this senior-level position.
