Windchill PLM Developer

As a Windchill Developer at our company, your role involves developing and implementing Windchill PLM solutions, customizing Windchill workflows, and providing technical support to end-users. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing, configuring, and customizing PTC Windchill PLM software based on business requirements. - Identifying and resolving technical issues related to the Windchill PLM system. - Creating detailed technical documents, user manuals, and reports for the Windchill PLM system. - Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the Windchill PLM system. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues. - Deep understanding of PTC Windchill PLM software, including configuration, customization, and implementation. - Excellent documentation skills for creating detailed reports, user manuals, and technical documents related to Windchill PLM. Additionally, having a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Preferred skills that could be beneficial for this role include knowledge of Linux operating system, experience with Hibernate, familiarity with Spring MVC, proficiency in Java/J2EE, understanding of SQL for managing databases, familiarity with XML for data exchange, experience with Agile methodology, project management skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
