Fullstack Developer

Position Overview We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer(MERN Stack) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack) with strong knowledge of modern web application development. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and be willing to work on mobile application development using Flutter when required. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Web and Mobile applications . Develop scalable applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) . Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services. Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO). Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Product teams. Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives. Support application deployment, monitoring, and production releases. Job requirements 3-5 years of experience in MERN Stack development. Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js/Nest.js, React.js, and MongoDB . Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript . Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth2 . Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL . Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines . Preferred Skills required: Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart for mobile application development. Candidates without Flutter experience are also welcome if they are willing to learn Flutter . Experience with React Native is an added advantage. Understanding of responsive design and mobile application performance.
