Job Title: RPA Developer (UiPath) Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 1415 LPA Experience: 36 Years About the Role We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer (UiPath) to join our Emerging Tech Automation team. You will play a key role in identifying and implementing automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience using cutting-edge RPA and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Suite (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center) Build, test, and maintain bots to optimize business workflows and reduce manual effort Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify automation opportunities Manage workflows, queues, triggers, and transactions in UiPath Orchestrator Implement best practices in exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring Troubleshoot and resolve bot performance issues and failures Ensure compliance with IT security, governance, and access controls Stay updated with RPA trends, UiPath updates, and AI-driven automation technologies Day-to-Day Activities Work closely with the RPA Lead and business stakeholders Design and develop automation workflows Monitor and support existing bots Document processes (PDD, SDD) and maintain technical documentation Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications 36 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Test Suite Good understanding of ReFramework, RPA architecture, and bot governance Experience with REST APIs and system integrations Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Experience in Healthcare domain UiPath UiARD Certification or similar Exposure to Power Automate / Power Apps Knowledge of AI-based automation, Agentic Automation, Process Mining Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI & Automation technologies Collaborative and innovation-driven environment Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth Interested candidates can apply directly or share their resume hr2@biyanitechnologies.com.
