About the Role We're looking for a QA Engineer with strong fundamentals in software testing, hands-on automation experience, and practical problem-solving skills. You'll work on UI, API, and database testing while leveraging AI tools to accelerate automation. Key Responsibilities Test Design & Execution: Derive test scenarios from requirements and ambiguous statements. Cover negative, edge, and boundary cases for comprehensive coverage. Perform UI, API, and database testing. Automation: Work with frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Implement data-driven and combined API + UI automation. Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). AI in QA: Use AI tools (Copilot, Testim, BrowserStack AI, Postman AI) for test case generation and debugging. Apply AI for automation acceleration and CI alert analysis. Technical Expertise Strong coding skills in Java/Python/JavaScript . API testing using Postman/RestAssured . Database validation with SQL queries . Agile Collaboration Participate in Scrum ceremonies, story grooming, and estimation. Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the SDLC. Required Skills Testing Tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, RestAssured. Programming Languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript. CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. Database: SQL (Joins, Aggregates). AI Tools: Copilot, Testim, BrowserStack AI. Frameworks: BDD, Page Object Model. Preferred Qualifications Mobile automation basics (Appium). Knowledge of DevOps and cloud environments. Strong product thinking and problem-solving mindset.
