Required Continuous Imporovement (CI) Location - Lonavala (Ready to Relocate) Well versed six sigma, sig sigma certification, process Improvement 1. Process Optimization & Execution Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S implementations, and root-cause analysis workshops (5 Whys, Fishbone). Develop dynamic dashboards and regular progress reports for management reviews. Conduct end-to-end process audits and root cause analyses to uncover operational inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with department heads to re-engineer business processes, improving lead time, cycle efficiency, and output quality. Develop, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual management controls to ensure continuous gains are sustained. 2. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking Establish, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process performance and operational health. Perform statistical data analysis to validate project outcomes and calculate cost savings/ROI. POSITION OVERVIEW The Continuous Improvement Assistant Manager plays a key role in driving an organizational culture of operational excellence, efficiency, and process quality. 3. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify operational bottlenecks, eliminate waste, standardize best practices, and lead Lean / Six Sigma projects. This role balances hands-on process facilitation (such as value stream mapping and Kaizen events) with analytical problem-solving and coaching team members across various departments. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 4. Change Management & Project Ownership EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt certification or working towards it is a strong plus). Compensation: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
